Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based program. This role emphasizes sustainable caseloads, strong operational support, and ongoing clinician growth, with relocation assistance and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.

High-performing BCBAs may exceed $100,000 annually through a combination of competitive base salary, quarterly bonus opportunities, retention incentives, and ongoing investment in professional development and clinical support.
