Job summary

Total Care ABA in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-clinic or hybrid work. Earn $80,000–$95,000/year based on experience, with 80% in-person supervision for hybrid or in-clinic roles.

As a BCBA, you will develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans, analyze data, mentor RBTs, train caregivers, and complete clinical documentation. You will conduct assessments and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Must reside within commuting distance of New Bern, NC.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment.
• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, and other evaluations.

What You'll Do:

As a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress through individualized, evidence-based ABA services.

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment
• Complete progress reports and clinical documentation
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, and other clinical evaluations
• Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure exceptional outcomes
