Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Quality Technician to work with production to ensure consistent quality and to report to the Quality Manager. You will perform standard production parts testing four times per hour, inspect test equipment for accuracy, coordinate with Team Leaders, and fill out Shift Summary reports.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word, and experience using micrometers and calipers, with strong attention to detail and professional

  • Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Clean and maintain test stations and ensure proper equipment.
  • Fill out a Shift Summary report to facilitate smooth shift changes.
  • Relay red flags to the incoming technician and Quality Manager.
  • Sign (initial) and apply green stickers to completed pallets, indicating final inspections.
  • Use print specs and QC Monster as the standard for quality decisions.
  • Assist on quality R&D projects and gather production run information.
  • Assist Process Engineer with defining process readings.
  • Complete First Piece and Defect Occurrence articles for production starts and line stoppages.
