Job Summary: This position assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations and supervises the team in their absence. The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) leads and coaches Team Members, ensuring all guests leave satisfied and operational standards are maintained.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent guest service and coaching team members.
• Conducting interviews and maintaining a clean environment.
• Ensuring food safety, quality, and adherence to regulations.
• Managing cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Completing administrative duties in the absence of the RM.
• Maintaining a safe environment and partnering with the RM to meet financial and operational goals.
