Position Overview

This role supports the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervises team members, and ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members
• Conduct interviews and oversee restaurant cleanliness
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records accurately
• Complete administrative duties in the absence of the RM
• Maintain a safe environment following all laws and safety codes
• Partner with RM to meet financial and operational goals
