Position Overview

This role involves assisting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervising the team in their absence, and ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members
• Conduct interviews and manage shift duties
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records
• Complete administrative tasks in absence of the RM
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws and regulations
• Partner with RM to meet financial and operational goals
• Uphold company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, Play to Win
