This position assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations and supervises the team in their absence. The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain operational standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Provides excellent guest service and coaches team
• Conducts interviews for new team members and shift leads
• Maintains cleanliness and assigns duties
• Ensures food preparation and service meet standards
• Trains team on new products
• Places campaign materials as needed
• Ensures quality, safety, and standards are met
• Monitors cash, sales, inventory; completes reports
• Handles administrative duties in absence of RM
