Birkmeyer General Contractors seeks a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead fast-paced QSR, restaurant, retail, TI, and ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout. This is a true project management role, with responsibility for schedules, budgets, subcontractors, RFIs, client communication, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management with a general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial restaurant, QSR, retail, TI, or ground-up projects.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, change orders, RFIs, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to drive field production and quality control.
• Maintain strong client and team communication throughout the project life cycle.
• Travel to job sites as needed and keep project records accurate and current.
