Job summary

Dunkin is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to develop, coach, and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong top-line sales. The role requires maintaining Dunkin Donuts standards and driving operational excellence across shifts.

Prior GM or senior restaurant leadership experience, especially in QSR or coffee shops, is highly valued. This is a full-time on-site position based in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends
• Must have 1 or more years of food service management experience
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Dunkin Donuts experience / Coffee Shop / QSR Experience a plus
• Be a great teacher and leader
• Help create a positive team environment
