Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in quick service restaurants.
• Strong leadership, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals.
• Monitor tasks to ensure compliance with Quality, Service, & Cleanliness programs.
• Ensure proper training and compliance.
• Manage food, labor, and controllable expenses.
• Make hiring and termination decisions and attend district meetings.
