Qualifications

• Proven food management experience in a fast‑food or QSR setting.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Subject to drug testing and background check.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build sales to meet company goals while managing costs.
• Control inventory and ensure accurate store records.
• Train and develop competent and capable team members.
• Monitor Profit and Loss statements to control line items and complete store reports.
• Utilize tools to develop weekly employee schedules.
• Communicate National Promotions and marketing initiatives.
