This role involves P&L oversight, scheduling, and promoting National campaigns. The position requires food management experience, people leadership, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to undergo background checks.

• Subject to drug testing/background check.
• Schedule includes days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build sales to meet company goals while managing costs.
• Control inventory.
• Train and develop competent and capable team members.
• Monitor Profit and Loss statements to control line items, complete store reports and paperwork.
• Develop weekly schedules using available tools.
• Communicate National Promotions.
