Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is seeking a General Manager for a fast-paced QSR located inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will supervise daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a dedicated team to meet sales, service, and quality targets.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, controlling food and labor costs, enforcing brand standards, hiring and coaching staff, and maintaining strong customer relationships while collaborating with brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor or unit-level manager experience in a quick service restaurant.
• Able to work a flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours/week including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand, walk for extended periods and lift at least 20 pounds.
• EOE/DFW statements may be included in postings but are not required here.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QSR operations to hit sales, service, speed, brand standards and food quality targets.
• Maintain budgets, inventory controls and labor costs; monitor profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety requirements and company policies.
• Recruit, develop and retain a strong team; provide coaching and recognition.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners, HR, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Facilities & Maintenance.
