Responsible for the top-level QS Security goals and budget management, including preparation of the QS Security department’s 10-year plan. Provides leadership for Security standards in communication, process, quality, and resource management.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.

10+ years of relevant experience.
Seven (7) years' experience in a comparable Business/Finance/Contract environment; four (4) years' experience as a manager leading and supervising teams; demonstrated leadership, management, and communication skills; ability to develop management reports; excellent presentation skills; strong data analysis skills; experience facilitating meetings and building consensus; change management capability; critical thinking; planning, budgeting, financial analysis, problem-solving, decision-making skills; project or program management experience.
