Paycom - ATS is seeking a Youth Counselor for our Marion QRTP program. You will mentor adolescent boys 12–17, helping them develop emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a structured residential setting in Marion, Iowa.

Ideal candidates are at least 21 with a high school diploma or GED, and a Bachelor’s in a Human Services field is preferred. You will set boundaries, stay consistent, and model accountable, positive behavior for lasting impact.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in human services or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with adolescents or in mental health settings preferred.

You get the opportunity to help them build what comes next.What is QRTP?QRTP stands for Qualified Residential Treatment Program.Our Marion QRTP provides 24-hour residential treatment and support for adolescent boys ages 12–17 in a structured and supportive environment.Our team works alongside each youth to help him develop healthier ways to manage emotions and behaviors, strengthen communication and problem-solving skills, build positive relationships, and work toward his individualized goals.This is more than supervision.
