Overview

Insight Global is looking for QNXT Benefits Configuration Analyst SMEs to join a team for a large healthcare client. This position is long-term and fully remote with an hourly compensation range of $45/hr - $63/hr. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the benefits configuration team on a major commercial migration implementation project.
• Configure commercial benefits for internal and external customers, vendors, and consultants.
• Configure issues in benefits modules and support configuration during initial setup or annual renewal cycles.
• Handle large volumes of data and perform data format loading.
• Assist with evaluation testing and analysis.
• Potentially lead small groups (5–10 people) for various project tasks.
• Support standard work hours and align with project timelines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10+ years of benefits configuration experience on the commercial side.
• Strong understanding of benefits business knowledge.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL query knowledge.
• Ability to use analysis to make decisions to resolve issues.
• Previous configuration experience within QNXT.
• Desire a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to be coachable and a team player.
• Previous lead or leadership experience.
