Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a QMS Manager to scale its Quality Management System across manufacturing and operations. You will own the QMS framework, drive ISO 9001 compliance, manage audits, CAPA/NCR governance, document control, and data integration with ERP/MES for visibility.

Collaborate with Product Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Operations to support rapid growth. The role requires leadership across sites and a hands-on approach to build a culture of continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality, QMS, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and regulatory compliance.
• Audit planning and management experience across internal, customer, regulatory audits.
• Experience with CAPA, NCR, RCA, 8D methodologies.
• Experience managing quality document control and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise Quality Management System across facilities.
• Lead the enterprise audit program and close findings.
• Oversee CAPA/NCR governance and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate document and change control governance.
• Drive quality data integration with ERP/MES for visibility.
• Lead quality reviews with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead QMS readiness for new site expansion.
