Job Description

The Quality Issue Management Program Manager has full responsibility for managing the Quality Issue Management team. This includes hiring, coaching, scheduling/delegating work, conducting performance reviews and determining pay/promotions.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Direct Management responsibilities for the CLS Quality Management Systems team
  • Provide clients and regulatory an overview of Quality Improvement Program
  • Oversee the QMS program for all CLS sites globally
  • Monitor regulatory and accreditation requirements for incorporation into the program
  • Communicate regularly with leadership to maintain databases/dashboards with most accurate and current information
  • Ensure trend analysis is reviewed on data to identify areas for improvement and influence management to improve related business processes
  • Ensure an effective Root Cause Analysis program is maintained
  • Ensure an effective program is maintained that ensures timely resolution of client concerns or complaints
  • Identify and drive improvements within the Quality Management system
  • Ability to support QMS functions across multiple business units/functions
  • Assist the Quality Assurance team with other duties as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of business planning, project management, and or continuous improvement
  • Recommended:

Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA)

Experience may be substituted for education. For example, a two-year Associate degree plus 2 years applicable experience may be substituted for a BS/BA degree.

  • Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Certification or similar preferred

This is a remote Position

Pay Range: $85,000 to $110,000

All job offers will bebased on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.

LBP Eligible Position:

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
