Job summary

Woodside Energy seeks a senior instrumentation engineer to own fiscal, allocation and environmental metering and QMI systems. Initially based in Houston, the role will transition to the Louisiana LNG site to support operational activities, with oversight of EPC contractor deliverables and measurement performance.

Qualifications

7+ years in hydrocarbons metering across projects/operations.
Deep understanding of analysers and meters (gas chromatographs, moisture/H2S/CO2 analyzers; ultrasonic, turbine, Coriolis, DP/orifice/venturi meters).
Experience reviewing contractor deliverables and managing acceptance to close-out.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

Health, safety, environment & quality adherence across project lifecycle.
Governance, compliance & management systems for measurement scope.
Own and improve metering and QMI systems, including custody transfer.
Lead or support troubleshooting and root cause analyses; coordinate interfaces across functions.
