Job summary

Woodside Energy Group is seeking a QMI and Metering Engineering professional to provide discipline engineering across fiscal, allocation and environmental metering and QMI. Initially supporting a major greenfield project, you will ensure metering scope is delivered to meet performance levels through start-up and steady-state, with eventual transition to the Louisiana LNG site for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical or related). Professional recognition desirable.
• Strong (7+ years) experience in hydrocarbons metering and QMI across projects/operations.
• Deep understanding of analyser and flow-metering technologies (gas chromatographs, moisture/H2S/CO2 analyzers; ultrasonic, turbine, Coriolis, DP/orifice/venturi meters).
• Familiarity with API/ISO metering standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own integrity and performance of fiscal, allocation and environmental metering and QMI systems, including custody transfer.
• Lead or support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; coordinate interfaces across Operations, Projects, Commercial and Supply Chain.
• Set acceptance criteria and review contractor deliverables; ensure alignment with project standards and operational needs.
