Job summary

CK Family Services in North Texas seeks a QMHP/Clinical Support Specialist to work with children, youth, and families in Lewisville, TX. This full-time, in-person role provides behavioral health services using evidence-based practices and is supervised by the Behavioral Health Supervisor.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; strong written and verbal communication; and experience with severe emotional disturbances.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Basic therapeutic, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with individuals with severe mental illness and with children with severe emotional disturbances.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with children, youth, and parents using evidence-based practices.
• Documentation and adherence to protocols, policies, and procedures with high accuracy.
• Delivering services to clients including those with severe emotional disturbances.

Education

Bachelor's degree in counseling/psychology/social work or related field
