Terra Bluffs in Parker, Colorado, seeks compassionate QMAPs to join our assisted living and memory care team. QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel) - Join Our Team!

Are you passionate about providing excellent care and supporting residents with dignity and respect? Terra Bluffs, an assisted living and memory care community, is seeking caring, detail-oriented QMAPs to join our team and help with safe, accurate medication administration.

As a QMAP, you will be responsible for administering medications safely and accurately, supporting resident health and comfort, and being a reliable team player. If you're dependable, compassionate, and love being part of a team that makes a difference, we want YOU on our team!

About the Role:

Our QMAPs play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, and we're looking for compassionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Administer Medications Safely & Accurately:

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications following physician orders and community protocols.
• Document medication administration and maintain accurate records per state and community regulations.
• Report medication errors, refusals, or resident concerns promptly and professionally.

Support Resident Health & Comfort:

• Observe residents for side effects or changes in condition and report findings to nursing or clinical leadership.
• Provide daily care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and families.

Be a Reliable Team Player:

• Work alongside nurses, CNAs, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Assist with training new team members and help maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
• Help with light housekeeping or meal assistance when needed to support the team.

Requirements:

• Active QMAP certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, kind, and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents throughout your shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and support resident transfers safely.

Schedule:

• Part-time: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Full-time: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
