Job summary

Legend Senior Living is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.) to support our nursing team by assisting residents with activities of daily living and coordinating their medication administration.

You will ensure medications are administered safely, document each interaction, and provide compassionate care in a residential setting. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Certification to pass medications as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with medications for all assigned residents.
• Assisting with daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitoring residents' comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks like shift reports and resident records.
• Communicating urgent needs and concerns clearly to Health Care Director.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by assisting them with activities of daily living and coordinating their medication administration.

Responsibilities--QMAP

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
