Job summary

The Peaks is hiring a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) to provide safe medication administration, compassionate companionship, and daily living support for senior residents. You will observe residents, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to health and safety regulations.

This part-time night-shift role offers competitive pay, shift differentials, and a range of employee benefits, including medical insurance and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid and active state-issued QMAP certification.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response and first aid (including CPR).
• Commitment to health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Schedule: PT Nights 6p-6a

About the Role:

As a QMAP, you’ll bring comfort, companionship, and skilled medication assistance to our senior residents, brightening their days with every interaction. In this role, you’ll safely administer medications, observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, assist with daily living activities, maintain accurate documentation, follow health and safety regulations, and provide ongoing support and companionship to those in your care.
