Job summary

Greencroft Goshen is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our Evening Shift team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with nursing staff to support resident care in a compassionate, resident-centered community.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of older adults. This role offers a supportive environment with competitive shift differentials and a friendly, established senior living community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff

• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

Schedule

• 72 hours per pay period
• Set scheduled: M-TH 2PM - 6:30PM and Fridays 2-6:30P

Shift Differential: 2nd Shift $2.00 \ Weekend incentive is additional $2.00!
