Job summary

Arbor Glen Assisted Living is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) with a compassionate mindset to support our residents. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, and provide emotional support to patients and families.

We value quick decision-making, strong teamwork, and a passion for elderly care. Prior experience in a long-term or assisted living facility is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) by the state.
• No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
