Overview

We are seeking an experienced Qlik BI Developer with strong skills in report development, data management, and migration projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BI development experience, including at least 3+ years in Qlik Sense or QlikView, and experience migrating BI assets from legacy platforms into Qlik.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design Qlik solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Qlik dashboards, data models, and ETL workflows.
• Execute migration of BI assets from MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI into Qlik.
• Implement testing processes for functionality, performance, and data validation.
• Troubleshoot migration and adoption issues.
• Document migration steps, testing results, and best practices.
• Provide training and support for user adoption of Qlik solutions.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of BI report development and data management.
• 3+ years of Qlik Sense and/or QlikView development.
• Experience migrating from MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI into Qlik.
• Strong SQL, scripting, and ETL/ELT skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC, BI testing, and automation methods.
