Job summary

Little Friends, Inc. in Warrenville, IL, is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)/Supervisor to lead and oversee direct support staff, ensuring individualized, high-quality supports in line with DHS regulations and person-centered planning.

You will supervise, train, and guide staff while maintaining health, safety, rights, and well-being of individuals served. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to agency policies, and completion of required trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a human service field.
• One year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid IL driver's license with no major moving violations within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans reflecting each individual's goals, preferences, strengths, and needs.
• Provide transportation for individuals as needed.
• Monitor quality of services for DHS regulation compliance.
• Conduct regular assessments and documentation to evaluate effectiveness.
• Coach and support Direct Support Professionals to ensure quality service delivery.
