Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a QHSE Supervisor to implement and enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on project sites. You will lead site inspections, develop QHSE plans, and drive corrective actions across phases of the project.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in QHSE, with CSP/OSHA 30 preferred. Strong communication and training skills are essential, along with the ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in a dedicated QHSE role within construction, industrial, or energy sectors.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA 30-Hour, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local QHSE regulations; experience with incident investigations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance with QHSE standards.
• Develop, implement, and review site-specific QHSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Lead and participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses; implement corrective actions.
• Provide QHSE training and orientation to employees and contractors.
• Monitor QHSE performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
