Job summary

Primoris Pipeline is seeking a QHSE Supervisor to enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on our project sites. You will implement site-specific QHSE plans, conduct inspections, and lead investigations to prevent incidents while promoting a culture of safety and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of QHSE experience, with CSP or OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a dedicated QHSE role within construction, industrial, or energy sectors.
• CSP, OSHA 30-Hour, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify QHSE hazards and non-compliance.
• Develop and review site-specific QHSE plans, risk assessments, and controls.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Provide QHSE training and orientation to employees and contractors.
• Monitor QHSE metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and certifications are maintained for project activities.
• Collaborate with management and operations to integrate QHSE across projects.
• Maintain up-to-date QHSE documentation and records.
