Job summary

LHH is seeking a QHSE Coordinator to drive safety, quality, and environmental initiatives in a growing manufacturing setting serving the data center industry. You will support quality management systems, safety programs, and environmental compliance across fabrication and assembly operations.

The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure products are manufactured safely, meet quality standards, and comply with regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Safety, Environmental, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, modular construction, industrial equipment, or related environments.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, and corrective action programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/document management systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001 principles.
• Conduct quality inspections of fabricated and assembled MEP modules.
• Manage non-conformance reporting (NCR) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead safety inspections, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
• Support OSHA compliance and employee safety training programs.
• Assist with environmental compliance, waste management, recycling, and hazardous materials handling.
• Coordinate internal audits, customer audits, and training documentation.
• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics and prepare leadership reports.
• Help foster a proactive culture focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence.
