Job summary

University of West Georgia is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) to support the Implementation Team. The GA will handle educational development activities for faculty, manage QEP data, and assist with events and communications within UWG community.

The role requires enrollment in a UWG graduate program, a 3.0 GPA, and eligibility to work in the United States. Preference given to candidates with experience in Qualtrics and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Be admitted to a UWG graduate degree program.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Enrolled full-time in a UWG graduate program during the assistantship.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 in all graduate coursework and in good standing.
• Eligibility to employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• 30% Assess QEP Data and build reports
• 15% Communication with QEP Team members and the UWG community
• 20% QEP event/workshop planning and logistics
• 25% Designing QEP materials such as flyers, posters, email templates
• 10% preparing QEP meeting agendas and related communications
