The ideal candidate has deep QE leadership experience, hands-on UI automation using Playwright, and proven track record in digital transformation initiatives within enterprise

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and Test Management.
• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise application programs.
• Strong experience defining and executing enterprise Quality Engineering and Testing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation testing.
• Strong experience with the AccelQ test automation platform.
• Experience managing software testing lifecycles, automation strategies, and quality engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and software testing activities.
• Define and implement enterprise-wide QE strategies, automation frameworks, and testing standards.
• Drive Playwright-based UI automation and AccelQ test automation initiatives.
• Lead testing efforts for large-scale modernization and digital transformation programs.
• Manage QA teams, testing schedules, defect management, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure software quality and successful delivery.
