Company Description

TOVA QDRO & Retirement Valuators partners with divorce attorneys to ensure retirement assets are divided accurately, efficiently, and without costly errors. We specialize in identifying, valuing, and dividing retirement accounts—removing the guesswork and minimizing delays in the QDRO process.

The Role (Remote – Full-Time, EST Hours)

We’re hiring a full-time QDRO Drafter to join our very rapidly, expanding team. You’ll be responsible for drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and compliance with plan rules. While you won’t be handling the valuation work, your drafting will play a critical role in helping attorneys secure enforceable, clean divisions of retirement assets.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft QDROs for all types of retirement plans
  • Review settlement agreements and plan rules to ensure proper implementation
  • Communicate clearly with attorneys and clients to confirm key details
  • Flag potential issues in the division terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to finalize and deliver documents

What You Need

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and independent work skills
  • Experience in family law or legal support roles is a plus, but not require
  • Comfortable using technology and online research to stay efficient and accurate
  • Must be available to work standard U.S. Eastern Time business hours
