Position Qualifications
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Current ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. and perform essential functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing ladders, and walking long distances.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for long periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred; practical experience may be considered as an alternative.
- Proficiency in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
- Flexible to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment, based on business needs.
- Proficient in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics.
