Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Quality Control Manager to lead project quality on complex federal healthcare construction projects. This role provides real authority and ownership over QC, guiding the quality program across multi-year efforts and coordinating with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in federal QC, hands-on experience with the Three Phases of QC, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing QC on federal construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience with the Three Phases of Quality Control.
• Healthcare, hospital, or other mission-critical construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Project Quality Control Plan.
• Lead the Three Phases of Quality Control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
• Coordinate inspections, testing agencies, and owner inspections.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, submittals, RFIs, mockups, and commissioning documentation.
• Ensure construction complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and federal requirements.
• Work directly with owners, designers, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Mentor field teams and help drive a culture of quality and accountability.

What you’ll own:
