Sea Ray Boats is seeking a Quality Systems Administrator / Data Analyst in Vonore, Tennessee. The role involves administering quality systems, conducting data analytics, and coordinating internal audits to enhance quality reporting.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, along with leadership qualities to effectively drive initiatives and manage priorities. A high school diploma or GED is required along with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $23.07 to $25.75, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.
The Quality Systems Administrator / Data Analyst is responsible for the administration of Brunswick’s Quality Systems (QC2 and EQMS), plant-level data analytics, and coordination of the internal audit program. This role supports Sea Ray Tellico operations by ensuring data accuracy, audit compliance, and effective reporting of DPU, warranty, and plant performance metrics. The position also serves as the point of contact for the Sea Ray Tellico site to drive quality system improvements and reporting enhancements.
The pay range for this position is $23.07 to $25.75 hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or short‑term incentive program. This position is also eligible for an award target as part of Brunswick’s long‑term incentive program.
