Job summary

David Yurman is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Temp Associate to support product inspection and quality assurance within our operations team in Lyndhurst, NJ. This on-site role is a temporary assignment with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering an hourly rate of $18.

You will perform visual and functional inspections of fine jewelry, document quality issues, and help maintain accurate inspection records, contributing to the highest standards of craftsmanship that

Qualifications

• Previous jewelry quality control, jewelry inspection, jewelry manufacturing, or jewelry repair experience.
• Strong understanding of jewelry construction, finishes, stone setting, and craftsmanship standards.
• Diamond knowledge and gemstone identification experience are a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual and functional inspections of fine jewelry products.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality issues, defects, and workmanship concerns.
• Verify products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Support inventory accuracy, product flow, and quality control processes.
