Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance. Cleanroom environment: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc. allowed. Some PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.). Standing for the full shift.

Millersburg, PA, Single-Use manufacturing locations.

How Will You Make an Impact?:

Support on-time product delivery with high quality. Ensure compliance of product and process during manufacturing.

A Day in the Life:

• Perform visual inspections of first piece, in-process, and final products in a fast-paced environment.
• Use measuring tools for dimensional testing.
• Document inspection activities and verify labels and critical machine settings.
• Review environmental control documentation daily.
• Uphold SOPs and cleanroom conduct.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions carefully.
• Manage non-conforming materials during manufacturing.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in Quality Assurance or Quality Control required.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
