Job summary

Harbour Industries LLC is seeking a Quality Technician for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) to perform electrical, mechanical and environmental testing, final inspection, and calibration of test and measurement equipment. The role involves dispositioning vendor DMRs and following up on corrective action requests.

You must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to read, write, and communicate in English. The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs and adherence to company policies within a comprehensive

Responsibilities

  • Select samples from in-process and finished material and verify conformance to dimensional, physical, environmental and mechanical specs.
  • Record test data in the Axiom computer system.
  • Dispositions MRB’s and vendors' DMRs and follows up on corrective action requests.
  • Release conforming product to shipping.
  • Calibrate test and measurement equipment.
  • Perform offline testing including QPL qualification and retention.
  • Final inspection and some incoming verification.
  • Perform RF electrical testing on coax and data cables.
  • Receive and disposition customer returns.
  • Adhere to AS9100 requirements.

The Quality Technician performs electrical, mechanical and environmental testing, final inspection, and calibration of test and measurement equipment. The Quality Technician dispositions vendor DMR's and issues and follows up on Corrective Action Requests.

Responsibilities
  • Selects samples from in-process and finished material and verifies that it meets dimensional, physical, environmental and mechanical characteristics.
  • Records test data in Axiom computer system.
  • MRB’s and segregates any material that does not meet customer and/or Military specifications.
  • Releases conforming product to shipping department.
  • Calibration of test and measurement equipment.
  • Off-line testing including QPL qualification and retention.
  • Final inspection and some incoming verification.
  • Vendor DMR dispositions and vendor CAR follow-up.
  • Perform RF electrical testing on coax and data cables.
  • Receives in and dispositions customer returns.
  • Adherence to AS9100 requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as directed.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English with proficiency.

Job Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from floor level to desk level.

Must be able to comply with all company policies.

Hours are 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm

Pay Range

24.30 - 29.70
