Heidelberg Materials is seeking a quality control technician to perform testing on aggregates, asphalt, and concrete at our New York area plants. You will collect samples, document results, monitor processes, and work with operations teams to uphold product standards.

Perform quality control testing on aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and/or related materials to verify product compliance.
Collect samples, record test results, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
Monitor production processes and communicate quality findings to plant and operations teams.
Troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective actions to maintain product standards.
Promote and follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures in daily activities.
Knowledge of quality control testing procedures and ability to accurately perform and document test results.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations and production teams.
Proficiency in using testing equipment, technology, and recordkeeping systems.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$31.00- $37.00 per hour.
