Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Scientist II in Quality Control to apply advanced chromatographic techniques and guide troubleshooting of instrumentation and routine test methods. The role includes mentoring analysts, training, and ensuring data integrity in a GMP environment.

The position involves performing both routine and non-routine QC tests with HPLC and related instrumentation, supporting investigations, and documenting results per Good Documentation Practices.

Qualificações

• Experience mentoring and training analysts in the QC group.
• Strong communication to articulate work issues to management and peers.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise lab activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Articulate work issues clearly to management and peers.
• Perform routine and non-routine testing using instrumental methods with emphasis on chromatography.
• Cross-train and run most analytical tests within QC.
• Support senior personnel on various projects including investigations.
• Assist in authoring investigations and quality documentation for QC.
• Document testing in compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Assist in formal lab training on GMP, safety, and new-employee training.
• Teach training modules and lab techniques to new analysts as mentor.
