Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in New York, NY seeks a Quality Control Sample Management Associate to verify submissions, label and store samples, and deliver to QC laboratories for timely testing.

You will perform routine temperature, environmental, and CO₂ monitoring and support regulatory compliance with cGMP and SOPs while communicating with internal teams and external customers. A strong foundation in life sciences and US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP‑regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)
• Ability to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future sponsorship

• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner

Job Description

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, schedule is 1st shift Sunday - Wednesday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Base pay is between $22.50-23.50/hr. A $50 flat-rate weekend shift differential will also be included for Saturday shifts.
