Job summary

WAC Group in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Team. Inspect lighting and electronics products for defects and performance issues to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.

This full-time day-shift role requires experience with electronics or manufacturing, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems for data entry and reporting.

WAC Group is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our top-notch Quality Team!

What You'll Do

• Inspect lighting and electronics products for defects and performance issues
• Perform technical evaluations using test equipment, visual inspections, and diagnostic procedures
• Identify root causes and document findings accurately and on time

Drive Quality Improvements

• Create and maintain root cause and resolution reporting.
• Track open quality issues and perform thorough follow through
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
