Job summary

Biogen in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Associate II, Quality Control, to join the Raw Materials/Sample Control team. You will sample and inspect raw materials, manage retention and stability samples, and ensure proper handling, documentation, storage, distribution, and disposal in GMP-compliant processes.

You will support laboratory operations through LIMS management, investigations, and other operational tasks, working independently and with teams to meet site quality objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in QC within a GMP pharma or biotech environment
• Bachelor's degree in science or related field required
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform raw material sampling and inspections
• Pick up and deliver samples to the appropriate testing laboratories
• Manage stability samples and deliver them to labs at appropriate intervals
• Support QC operations in alignment with business and manufacturing schedules
• Collaborate with various teams to support laboratory compliance and personal development
• Enter data into electronic laboratory information management and inventory systems
• Manage retention samples and training to sustain 100% compliance
