Job summary

Insight Global seeks a QC Project Manager for its Concord, NC facility to support laboratory readiness and manufacturing startup activities. You will oversee technology transfers, equipment qualification, validation, and regulatory submission deliverables, building and managing detailed project schedules.

You will coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams, monitor health of deliverables, and partner with site teams and Lilly partners to ensure timely execution within the established

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Life Sciences or related field).
• At least two years of project management experience.
• Ability to develop, manage, and execute project schedules.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to understand dependencies and sequencing across multiple project workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for laboratory and manufacturing startup activities.
• Coordinate technology transfers and laboratory capabilities required for facility startup.
• Support technical equipment qualification and validation activities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules.
• Facilitate deliverables through process validation and regulatory submission.
• Serve as the primary owner of schedule execution.
• Identify prerequisites, task dependencies, and key linkages across activities.
• Monitor project health, track deliverables, and communicate schedule risks.
• Partner with site project managers to drive tasks within the delivery framework.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between site teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Lilly network.
• Participate in project and team meetings to support execution and issue resolution.
