BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Quality Control, Warehouse Associate to stock, select, pack and ship products for customers. You may work in picking, packing, shipping, or inventory roles while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, onsite warehouse.

Required is at least one year of quality experience in manufacturing, SAP proficiency, English fluency, and strong attention to detail.

• Minimum one year of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Understanding of quality control standards and techniques.
• 2 years in-depth SAP experience.
• Proficient in English for reading, writing and communication.

Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.

You’ll work in one of the following roles: Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory. General responsibilities include:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Pulls orders from locations

Stages order/s correctly at shipping stations

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES

• Minimum one year of Quality experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Moderate understanding of quality control standards and techniques.
• 2 years in-depth SAP experience
• Learning tasks quickly is detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
• Strong time management and attention to timelines.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
• Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.
