Job summary

TekWissen Group has a temporary microbiology opportunity in Greenville, NC for a QC Microbiologist/Scientist II. The role focuses on performing moderately complex microbiological analyses in a pharmaceutical lab, testing raw materials, in-process and finished products, and supporting development and manufacturing operations with validated methods.

Candidates should have 3+ years of pharma microbiology experience, familiarity with GMP/GLP, and be able to document results and communicate findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or Chemistry preferred.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical microbiology experience.
• Experience with LIMS or document management systems.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing using validated methods.
• Identify and report OOS and non-routine results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
• Prepare regulatory documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure GMP/GLP compliance and safety.
