QC Line Inspector - Night Shift (Finance)

Essential Position Responsibilities

1. Ensure the quality of the product meets customer standards, including:
2. Monitor and record product weights.
3. Check color, odor, and texture.
4. Verify seal integrity and perform burst testing.
5. Check product code, fill temperature, and overall quality.
6. Complete tear-downs for each seamer head on the running seamer.
7. Notify the supervisor of any out-of-specification measurements after rechecking; document findings accordingly.
8. Record information on quality log sheets and input data into the Quality Control computer for review.

Team Participation and Company Policies

Participate actively as a team member, contributing to ongoing development, communication, and implementation of team policies. Attend team meetings, promote cohesiveness, and support organizational goals. Address issues proactively to foster a collaborative work environment.

System Principles and Support

Familiar with Simmons' operating systems, including quality, security, and company policies. Understand your role in supporting these systems and communicate concerns or improvement ideas.
