Job summary

Biogen, Inc. in Research Triangle Park, NC, seeks a Lab Support Associate for on-site QC labs. Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and off-shift support; responsibilities include sample receipt, storage, stability pulls, equipment cleaning, autoclave operations, and lab ware management.

You will document results meticulously and work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and product quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with minimum 1 year as a Lab technician or Associate's degree in Biological Sciences.
• Good communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Willingness and ability to work additional hours as needed to meet department and business needs.
• Ability to gown into manufacturing and laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, track, and dispose samples.
• Schedule and execute stability pulls.
• Clean and maintain equipment; autoclave operations.
• Glassware washing and laboratory ware management; stocking supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and visual inspections of products.
• Escort vendors onsite; housekeeping; maintain clean, safe conditions.
• Document and record test results accurately with detailed records.
